One fixed price, quoted upfront before we start — no hourly billing and no surprise invoices, ever. Our packages start at £750:

Basic (£750) — a simple, smart site, up to 5 pages.
Growth (£950) — the full redesign most local businesses need, up to 8 pages, with a free logo if you need one.
Premium (£1,500+) — bigger sites, online shops or anything custom.

Most sites go live within a week of you sending us your details. Here's roughly how it runs:

1. You fill in a short form about your business (10 minutes).
2. We write the copy, design the pages and send you a draft.
3. You get one round of tweaks.
4. We launch it for you.

Bigger or e-commerce sites take a little longer — we'll give you a clear timeline upfront.

A deposit secures your slot in the diary, and the balance is due when the site goes live. On the Growth and Premium packages we can split payment into stages to keep it easy on cash flow. Bank transfer or card — whatever suits you.

Everything to design, write and build your site is in the package price. The only extras are:

• Hosting — where your site lives online (typically a few pounds a month).
• Your domain name — e.g. yourbusiness.co.uk (usually £10–15 a year).

Both are cheap and we'll point you to the right options — or set them up for you if you'd rather not.

No — that's the whole point of Web Lift. You don't touch any software, code or settings. You tell us about your business in plain English and send a few photos; we handle the design, the words, the build and the launch.

Just the basics, and you can send them however's easiest (form, email or even a voice note):

• What you do and the services you offer
• Your contact details and opening hours
• Any photos of your work, team or premises
• A few reviews or testimonials, if you have them

No photos or words ready? Don't worry — we can write the copy and use professional stock imagery to start.

We do. Staring at a blank page is most people's least favourite part — so you just tell us about your business and we turn it into clear, professional copy that's written to win you customers. You get to review and tweak everything before it goes live.

Always. Most of your customers will find you on a phone, so every site we build is mobile-first — fast to load, easy to tap, and easy to call or book from. We test on real devices before launch.

Perfect — building from scratch is often easier than fixing an old site. We'll create a brand-new one for you, and we can sort a simple, professional logo as part of the Growth and Premium packages if you need one.

Yes. For simple changes (text, photos, opening hours) we'll show you exactly how — it takes minutes. Or, if you'd rather not touch it at all, hand small updates to us on a low-cost care plan and we'll keep it fresh for you.

Completely. It's yours — we hand everything over at launch with no lock-in. You're never trapped with us or paying to keep your own site.

Absolutely. Plenty of clients start with Basic and add pages or features as they grow. When you're ready, we just quote the difference — no need to rebuild from scratch.
